Meet the team
Elisabeth Anne Delgado is President & Founder of Kinderenergy. She has been working in the field of international education for more than 25 years in the USA and Europe. Born in Mexico City, Mexico and a native of Santa Barbara, California, she graduated from the University of California, Berkeley, with a BA in Political Science and French. She has additional studies in International Environmental Law, Global Health and Eco-Disaster Risk Reduction. While an undergraduate she joined Amigos de Las Americas and did volunteer medical work in Nicaragua.
Maria Luisa is Co-Founder of Kinderenergy. She was a young student in Moraga when she saw that young students her age were not given the opportunity to directly affect change within the international development community. She is currently beginning her 3nd year of medical school.
Annie W. has been involved in education for the past 25 years. She has a BA in English from Notre Dame University and a Masters in Education from St. Mary's College in Indiana. She lived in Europe for 5 years and speaks Spanish fluently. She works with inner city girls in Chicago, Illinois.
Chris graduated from Campolindo High School and went on to Europe to study international business & finance. He volunteers for Kinderenergy in financial development. A financial analyst, Chris is an avid Real Madrid fan and loves Spanish tapas.
Carolina B. completed her undergraduate degree in law in Europe and has a Masters in Management from Cornell University (2010). Born in Berkeley, California, Carolina has lived and worked in New York, France, Spain, Mexico and Brussels, where she was a Policy Advisor in the area of international relations and trade in the European Parliament. She is currently a Project Officer for #MoveBrainSaveEarth and is advising in communication strategies. She speaks English, Spanish and French fluently.
Anne Lise B. has a BS in Economics and Finance, has travelled the world as an exchange student to different parts of the world and admires all cultures and traditions. A citizen of both the USA and Europe, she has participated in many different volunteer programs, the most memorable of which was a summer spent in Kazakhstan. She is currently managing projects in Cambodia and learning Khmer.
